I was studying for my tests when I just had to stop and paint my nails. Yes, my priorities are confusing. This week, I was inspired by the turquoise. It's a gem I've always loved. Originally, I wanted to try the water-spoting method, but knowing how terrible I am at anything close to water-marbling, I thought against it. Instead I picked up my brush and just started drawing random lines.

And here's how my nails turned out:
This shade of blue isn't quite turquoise enough, it needs a little more green in the colour. But hey, it looks pretty good against my skin tone, which is a plus. Now that 2/3 of my tests are over, I'm itching to paint my nails again.
